DAY 1
Welcome to Arusha
Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you are welcomed by your guide and driven to your accommodation. Spend the afternoon relaxing by the pool.

DAY 2
Tarangire National Park
We depart for Tarangire National Park with a picnic lunch for a full day game drive. The park is quintessentially African, studded with baobab and acacia trees and sliced by the Tarangire River. The massive elephant herds here are a highlight, but the park is also home to buffalo, giraffe and big cats.

DAY 3
Lake Manyara National Park
We make our way to Lake Manyara National Park for a game drive. Lake Manyara’s forests host large monkey and baboon populations and the very shy tree-climbing lion. Explore the large hippo pools and the lake shores that are the breeding grounds for thousands of flamingos.

DAY 4
Serengeti National Park
Today we drive through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area to the Serengeti. The Serengeti’s endless grass plains are home to huge herds of wildebeest and zebra. Spend the afternoon watching hunting cheetahs, playful lion cubs and majestic leopards before heading to the lodge for sundowners.

DAY 5
Serengeti National Park
Another day to explore pockets of the Serengeti’s plains. There is the opportunity today to split the day into a morning and afternoon game drive and return to the lodge for a hot lunch.

DAY 6
Serengeti National Park
After a final morning game drive in the Serengeti, we drive through to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area.

DAY 7
Ngorongoro Crater
After breakfast, we make our way into the Ngorongoro Crater- a highlight of every safari! The sheer crater walls give way to a wide expanse of land, home to dense animal populations including thousands of flamingos during breeding time. This is your chance for an encounter with an endangered rhino. After a game drive, we make our way back to Arusha.
